The Story
Ashkan Ebrahimi-Sadat has been making art in Southwestern Ontario for over 13 years. What started as custom portraits for friends and family grew into a full creative practice spanning paintings, murals, logos, vehicle wraps, clothing design, technical illustrations, photography, and video.
Originally working under the brand KanImagine, Ashkan rebranded to Ashkan Arts to better reflect the personal, hands-on nature of everything he creates. Whether it's a portrait of someone's grandfather, a floor-to-ceiling mural for a restaurant, or a complete brand identity for a barber shop — every project starts with a conversation and ends with something the client wants to keep forever.
His work is defined by bold color, expressive brushwork, and the transformation of ordinary photographs into something more vivid than reality. The medium changes constantly — brush, plotter, vinyl, airbrush, 3D printer — but the act is always the same: he takes what exists and makes it unforgettable.
